About Lucky

Having practiced in small to medium size law firms, Lucky has acquired extensive experience acting and advising on various legal matters, including general commercial contracts & transactions, property due diligence, acquisition & sale, complex subdivision, planning & development, foreign investment, asset structuring & financing generally, structuring for succession of ownership and control of family businesses, dispute resolution and various trade practices, competition & consumer matters.

Her clients are based both in Australia and across Asia, and include business owners and entrepreneurs, property developers and consultants, trust funds and financiers, SMEs and high networth individuals and families, both within Australia and across Asia. She also helps foreign law firms and their investors in relation to high-value investments, acquisitions and other transactions in Australia.

Prior to commencing her legal practice, Lucky has had over 14 years of experience running her family retail businesses. She brings to her legal practice first-hand appreciation of the common concerns and hurdles faced by business owners on a day-to-day basis as well as her understanding on how to run a successful business.

Combining her legal and technical skills with a pragmatic approach, Lucky delivers successful results and ensures that not only her clients’ requirements are met, but also their best interest is looked after.

Lucky has developed a reputation for being accessible and responsible and providing business driven advice and assistance. 


Qualification

Lucky holds a Bachelor of Laws and a Bachelor of Commerce (Major in Finance) from the University of Melbourne.

She speaks fluent Chinese Cantonese and Mandarin.


Life outside K & C Law Group

Lucky is a keen reader. She enjoys her early morning yoga and late evening runs every opportunity she can.

Lucky is also passionate about the community. She is actively involved in various charities and community groups (including the Barwon Community Legal Service) on a pro bono basis.
